Rhodonite Tumbled 1.5-3cm
Naturally tumbled Rhodonite in a 1.5–3cm size, displaying soft dusty pink to rose tones with distinctive dark grey-black veining throughout and a smooth, slightly matte finish. Each piece varies in the balance of pink and dark patterning — some stones are predominantly pink with fine veining, while others show bold sweeps of dark grey. A striking and much-loved stone in any crystal collection.
Rhodonite whose characteristic pink colouring comes from manganese, while the dark grey to black veining is caused by manganese oxide inclusions — the same element responsible for both the colour and the contrast. It was first described from specimens found in the Ural Mountains of Russia, and remains a popular collector’s mineral worldwide. Major sources today include Australia, Brazil, Sweden, and Peru.
In crystal traditions, Rhodonite is widely associated with compassion, emotional healing, and the nurturing of love — both for others and for oneself. Many people are drawn to it during times of emotional transition, finding its grounding dark veins and warm pink tones a beautiful reminder of balance and resilience. It is often connected to the Heart Chakra in crystal practice.
