Returns & Damages
Please take care when selecting your order, as we do not offer a refund or exchange if you change your mind.
We take great care in packing your order. If damage should occur in transit, please notify Kindred Crystal on 0413 984 304 or email hello@kindredcrystal.co.
Please keep all original packaging. We will have the damaged item(s) replaced and sent to you.
Pricing
GST is included in all wholesale prices. International orders will not be charged GST. All prices may be subject to change without notice.
General
We reserve the right to cancel any order. If we cancel your order for any reason, you will receive a full refund. All orders must be prepaid, including prepayment of shipping before they are dispatched. If an item you order is sold out, we will contact you before shipping to advise that it is out of stock.
Stock Selection and Availability
Please note that although we do our best to keep stock levels up to date on our website, we cannot guarantee the availability of every item. As with all natural crystals, prices per piece may vary depending on weight. If you require a specific size not pictured on the website, please contact us to discuss your request.
Upon receiving your order, we will do our best to match your selection, and you will be contacted if the item displayed on the website is no longer available.
Please be aware that due to the unique nature of crystals and handmade pieces, some stock is limited and may only be available as one-of-a-kind items.
