Rainbow Crackle Quartz Tumbled Stones are a vibrant and visually striking addition to any collection — each piece a clear quartz base transformed by heat treatment into a kaleidoscope of vivid colour, with an internal crackle or fracture pattern that catches and refracts light beautifully from within. Smooth and polished, pieces in this lot range from 2.5–3.5cm and are supplied as a mixed rainbow assortment.

Crackle Quartz begins as natural clear quartz, which is heated rapidly and then quenched in dye solution — a process that creates the distinctive internal crackle effect as the sudden temperature change causes micro-fractures within the stone. The dye then saturates these fractures, producing the vivid colours. While enhanced, the base material is genuine natural quartz.

In crystal traditions, Crackle Quartz carries the amplifying and clarifying properties of clear quartz, and is often associated with joy, playful energy, and an open, optimistic outlook — its rainbow colours adding a lighthearted vibrancy to the clarity of quartz.
